Terms of Service.
1. Our Role as a Travel Concierge
NexGen Bookings operates as a travel concierge and booking service. We act as an agent on behalf of our clients to arrange travel services provided by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators. NexGen Bookings does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not the provider of airfare, accommodations, or other travel services.
2. Authorization to Book Travel
By engaging NexGen Bookings and submitting payment or booking information, the client authorizes NexGen Bookings to arrange travel services on their behalf, including booking travel in the client’s name. When applicable, the client authorizes NexGen Bookings to pay suppliers using NexGen Bookings’ business payment method solely for the purpose of securing travel arrangements.
All travel services are issued subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable supplier.
3. Payments & Fees
All payments made to NexGen Bookings include either:
Pass-through costs for third-party travel services, and/or
Concierge, planning, and service fees charged by NexGen Bookings.
Concierge and planning fees are separate from supplier costs and are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Refunds, Changes & Cancellations
NexGen Bookings will make reasonable and good-faith efforts to assist clients with changes, cancellations, or refund requests when possible. However, refunds are not guaranteed.
All travel services are subject to the rules, fare restrictions, and cancellation policies of the issuing third-party suppliers. NexGen Bookings is not liable for refunds, credits, penalties, losses, or additional costs resulting from supplier policies, schedule changes, cancellations, or non-refundable bookings.
All payments are considered final once bookings are made. Refunds or credits are issued only if approved by the supplier. Any approved refunds will be passed through to the client, less any non-refundable concierge or planning fees and any costs already incurred on the client’s behalf.
5. Supplier Responsibility
NexGen Bookings is not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, or failures of third-party suppliers. Responsibility for performance of travel services rests solely with the supplier providing those services.
6. Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing, availability, and terms are subject to change until confirmed and ticketed. NexGen Bookings is not responsible for price increases or availability changes caused by supplier systems, fare rules, or market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexGen Bookings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel arrangements, supplier actions, delays, cancellations, or client decisions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a form, or engaging NexGen Bookings’ services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
